OUR POLICIES
Integrated Bodywork has a 24 hour cancellation policy in place and I require a credit card for booking. Should you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled less than a day in advance will incur a non-refundable service charge of $60. I do understand that accidents, emergencies, and illnesses happen, (we all have a life) so please reach out and contact me for exceptions to this policy. I am a reasonable person so please, just call or text if you have a reason to change or cancel at the last minute, it happens. You are able to change your appointment, no less than 12 hours in advance.

First time guests, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment so we can review your expectations, goals, medical history, fill out forms, and collaborate on the service and treatment plan that best suits you!

If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, please understand that your treatment time will be shortened accordingly so as to not create a scheduling disruption for other guests.

Integrated Bodywork is a professional massage clinic. Any harassment of any employees verbally, physically, sexually, or otherwise will not be tolerated. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for inappropriate behavior during your treatment.

Integrated Bodywork is by appointment only. Please know that I do not accept walk-ins.
